Terms of Service

1. Business customers only

We supply in wholesale and commercial quantities to businesses — distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, catering companies and food manufacturers. By ordering, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to do so. We do not sell to consumers.

2. Using this website

You may use the site to browse products and request quotations. You agree not to misuse it, copy our content for commercial use, attempt to access restricted areas, or use automated tools to scrape the site. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

3. Product information and prices

Product descriptions, grades, origins and images are given as a guide. Natural agricultural products vary between crops and lots, so colour, size, moisture and appearance may differ from what is shown. Prices on the site, if shown, are indicative only and change with market conditions, origin availability and freight rates.

4. Quotations

A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 7 days and are subject to stock being unsold at the time you confirm. The quoted Incoterms, packing, grade and delivery port form part of the quotation.

5. Payment

Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice — typically advance payment, letter of credit, or agreed credit terms. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full. Bank charges, currency conversion costs and any taxes or duties at destination are your responsibility unless the agreed incoterms say otherwise.

6. Packing and specifications

Standard packing is stated in the quotation. Custom packing, private labelling and specification changes must be agreed in writing before production and may affect price and lead time. Reasonable commercial tolerances apply to weight, count and grade.

7. Inspection and quality

You may appoint an independent inspection agency at your own cost before dispatch. Once goods are inspected and released, or dispatched without inspection, they are accepted as conforming to the agreed specification.

8. Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs, weather or origin supply. Risk and cost pass to you according to the agreed incoterms. You are responsible for import permits, registration, labelling and clearance at destination.

9. Claims

Any claim about quantity, quality or condition must be made in writing within 7 days of arrival at the destination port, supported by photographs and, where relevant, an independent survey report. Claims made after that period, or for goods already resold or processed, cannot be accepted. Our liability for a valid claim is limited to replacement or credit of the affected portion.

10. Cancellation

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once production, sourcing or booking has begun. If we agree to cancel, you remain responsible for costs already incurred, including sourcing, packing, freight bookings and storage.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and layout, belongs to Taj Al Naseem or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

13. Privacy

Information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
